A company had a mix of staff from high-flyers to those very happy staying in their role for several years, progressing their career slowly.
It resulted in high staff attrition, high costs and generated a generally unhappy team.
How My Coaching Helped
My coaching focused on helping the owners choose a staff profile that fitted their culture, business needs and growth requirements.
I helped them choose a suitable staff profile – typically bright, capable individuals wanting to maximise their career development within three years. We then developed suitable recruitment policies and the infrastructure necessary to aid staff development.
The Result
The unplanned attrition rate of staff almost halved. The team became happier and more motivated, which helped sustain business growth whilst reducing costs.
