The Problem

How My Coaching Helped

Veronica* (the Managing Director) asked me to coach and facilitate the team to set SMART goals aligned with the previously agreed strategy. All team members contributed to and agreed with them.

I helped the management team work through each strategic initiative and create specific goals for each business function. The results surprised everyone. The five SMART goals were created quickly, yet each was expressed in terms that related directly to what the business was trying to achieve.
